1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services provided by Four Golden Rings Syndicate Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Four Golden Rings Syndicate Limited offers a range of services, including personalized financial support and strategic solutions tailored to the individual needs of our members. Our goal is to assist with personal and business challenges and foster growth.
3. MEMBERSHIP
Membership to Four Golden Rings Syndicate Limited is contingent upon approval and adherence to our guidelines. Members are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for notifying us of any changes.
4. MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND PRICING
We offer the following membership tiers, each with distinct benefits and pricing:
V.I.P Tier
Monthly Subscription: N8,000
Total Value: N4,200,000 per month
Supreme V.I.P Tier
Monthly Subscription: N22,500
Total Value: N14,300,000 per month
Elite Tier
Monthly Subscription: N3,245,000
Total Value: N31,000,000 per month
5. MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
The Syndicate membership is designed to provide comprehensive support to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Can commit to paying membership fees
- Have specific goals and objectives for their membership
- Are willing to abide by the Syndicate’s terms, conditions, and values
6. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
✳️Attendance: Members are strongly encouraged to attend syndicate events and meetings to fully benefit from their membership and maximize engagement.
✳️Payment Commitment: Members must ensure timely payment of their membership fees according to their chosen tier. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspended access to benefits until arrears are cleared.
✳️Assigned Agent: Each member will be assigned a designated agent who will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of benefits and serving as the primary point of contact for any queries or issues.
✳️Adherence to Conduct: Members must adhere to all applicable codes of conduct and policies, including those specific to their membership tier and the Syndicate as a whole. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
7. AGENT DESIGNATIONS
The Syndicate assigns a dedicated, specialized Agent to each member, ensuring personalized support and prompt delivery of membership benefits and compensations. These agents serve as member advocates, proactively engaging and regularly checking in to guarantee timely receipt of entitlements. With a focus on building strong relationships, they provide tailored guidance and assistance, ensuring a seamless and exceptional membership experience.
8. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS CLASSIFICATION
Member benefits are categorized into two main classes:
- Charity Benefits (and)
- Corporate Benefits.
Charity Benefits: These are designed to support members in need and include:
- Educational Support and Sponsorships
- Skills Acquisition Support
- Cash Support for Challenges
- Grants for Projects
- Investment Opportunities
Corporate Benefits: These are designed to support members’ financial and professional well-being and include:
- Interest-Free Loans
- Health Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Phone Insurance
- Referral Compensations
- Networking Opportunities
9. BENEFIT FULFILLMENT RULES
Charity Benefits: If a Charity Benefit is currently active and in the process of fulfillment, the Syndicate will not authorize the initiation of another Charity Benefit until the current one is fully completed. This policy ensures the effective allocation of resources and addresses each member’s needs in a systematic and orderly manner.
10. BENEFIT DELIVERY
Contacting Agents: Members should contact their designated agent at all times for claims related to benefits. The assigned agent will facilitate the benefit delivery process and address any issues or questions regarding the benefits
11. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility Criteria: Membership is open to individuals or entities who meet the Syndicate’s eligibility criteria. These criteria are established to ensure that membership aligns with the Syndicate’s objectives and values.
Discretionary Rights: The Syndicate reserves the right to reject or terminate membership at its discretion. This includes the right to deny applications or terminate memberships based on non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions or other relevant factors.
12. FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Financial support provided to members will be in accordance with the terms of their membership tier. All support is subject to availability and approval by the Benefit Committee.
13. REFUND POLICY
Eligibility:
Members are eligible for refunds within the first six months of their membership. The amount of the refund will depend on the duration of membership at the time of cancellation.
Refund Schedule:
✳️ 1 to 2 Months: 100% refund of the membership fee paid.
✳️ 3 to 4 Months: 75% refund of the membership fee paid.
✳️ 5 to 6 Months: 50% refund of the membership fee paid.
Refunds Beyond 6 Months: No refund will be provided after six months of membership.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. All data will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
15. TERMINATION
Syndicate Termination:
The Syndicate may terminate membership for non-compliance with these terms or for other reasons deemed appropriate. Members will be notified of the termination decision and any relevant details.
Member Termination: Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice to the Syndicate. Before terminating membership, members must settle all outstanding obligations to the Syndicate, including completing tasks, paying fees, and fulfilling responsibilities.
Confirmation of obligation clearance is required for official termination. Failure to comply may result in pending obligations being pursued post-termination.
16. LIABILITY
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Syndicate shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from membership or use of Syndicate resources. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
INDEMNIFICATION:
Members indemnify the Syndicate against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their membership or actions. This includes any legal costs associated with defending against such claims.
17. REFERRAL COMPENSATIONS
The Four Golden Rings Syndicate offers a structured Referral Compensation Plan tailored to each membership tier, rewarding members for successful referrals with tiered bonuses.
1. Referral Bonuses by Membership Level:
VIP MEMBERS
- Earn ₦5,000 per successful referral.
- Receive a 50% bonus when they refer 5 new members, bringing the total bonus to ₦37,500 for five referrals.
SUPREME VIP MEMBERS
- Earn ₦10,000 per successful referral.
- Receive a 50% bonus after 5 successful referrals, increasing their total bonus to ₦75,000 for five referrals.
ELITE MEMBERS
- Earn ₦100,000 per successful referral.
- Receive a 50% bonus upon referring 5 new members, raising their total bonus to ₦750,000 for five referrals.
Payouts are distributed monthly, providing members with consistent financial rewards for their efforts in growing the Syndicate.
This plan incentivizes members across all tiers, with higher rewards for those in Supreme VIP and Elite memberships, encouraging continuous engagement and growth.
18. CHANGES TO TERMS
Modifications:
The Syndicate reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Federal Republic Of Nigeria.
